Refund Policy
All Original Artwork, Commissions and Framed Prints are non-refundable.
​
Rolled prints are refundable if and only if the condition of the print is the same as shipped, once returned. The collector is responsible for all fees in returning the artwork. Once we determine if the print is in the original condition, a refund will be processed.
​
If artwork arrives damaged, collectors have 3 business days after delivery to contact us at: celeste@chanellejefferson.com for a replacement. After 3 business days, Chanelle Jefferson is no longer liable or responsible for the replacement of the artwork.

Please allow 14-21 days for your artwork to ship. Tracking information will be provided when artwork has been shipped.
