Each month you’ll receive one signed 4x6 fine art print and a handwritten letter from me — sharing the story, energy, and inspiration behind that month’s piece.

Occasionally, you’ll also find small surprises, like pressed flowers, poems, or notes from a guest collaborator.

What if I sign up after this month’s mailing?

If you sign up before the 25th, you’ll receive that month’s envelope.
If you sign up after the 25th, your first envelope will ship in the next mailing.

Can I cancel or pause my membership?

What if I move or need to change my address?

You'll get a reminder email each month before your print ships. If you need to change your address, no problem! Click reply and let us know your updated shipping address.

Can I gift a membership to someone else?

Absolutely! The Post Club makes an incredibly thoughtful gift. When you checkout, just enter the recipient’s address. 
Their first envelope will include your gift note, if you choose to add one.

Are all the prints the same for everyone?

Yes. Each month’s print + letter is a collective experience — everyone receives the same artwork and story for that month.

(Special editions from collaborators are also mailed to all members.)

What are “Special Editions”?

A few times a year, I invite writers, healers, and artists to collaborate on exclusive letters and themed artwork. These bonus drops are included in your membership at no extra cost.

Is there a limited number of spots each month?

Yes. Because every envelope is packed and signed by hand, there’s a cap on how many new members I can accept each month. If we hit the cap, new sign-ups roll over to the following month’s mailing.

What happens if I wait to join?

Each month’s envelope is only mailed once. If you don’t join before the cut‑off, you’ll miss that month’s print and letter forever — they aren’t reprinted or sent later.

✨ Joining now means you’re included in the very next mailing (and every one after that).

Can I write back?

Sure thing! Chanelle reads every piece of mail you send. Due to capacity, she is unable to reply back.

What if I don't receive my print?

Please wait 30 days after you receive your shipment email. After the wait period, you must email us within 14 days to receive a free replacement.

After 14 days we are unable to replace envelopes.

What if my envelope was damaged?

Please send us an email and photo to info@chanellejefferson.com (info@chanellejefferson.com)within 14 days of receiving your print and we'll make it right by shipping you a new one on us!

All envelopes leave the studio the first week of the month. VIP members will be the first to go out with priority shipping.
